Miss Jane will gladly exchange or refund items if there is a real serious issue with it. Otherwise all items purchased are final sale.

Acceptance of Orders
Only residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence may place orders through the Sites. Product orders are available to be shipped within Canada only.
Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a confirmation of the terms of your order to your email address and will be subject to these Terms of Purchase and the additional terms and conditions included in your order.
We may limit quantities available for sale or sold, and we reserve the right at any time to reject or correct any order for any reason whatsoever. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices and other amounts are in Canadian dollars.
We use Canada Post Express Post service to get you the products as soon as possible. We can ship your order using Signature Required or No Signature Required. If you choose Signature Required, you will have to physically sign for the package. If you choose No Signature Required, you are enabling Canada Post to surrender the package without your signing for it (e.g: leaving it in a mailbox).
Important: If you choose No Signature Required, we will not be responsible if a package is lost or stolen.
Please note that certain rural areas of Canada will take longer to arrive then the major cities in Canada so please give us the time to get the products to you especially if you are ordering from a smaller town.
